1. DEFINITIONS SVR 20 (TSR 20)

2. SVR 20 RUBBER APPLICATION (TSR 20)

SVR 20 (TSR 20) is a rubber produced from coagulated and mixed latex and undergoes a maturation process, so the nature of rubber is hard. Therefore, in tire technology, this rubber is mixed with low-grade RSS and CV50 to produce high-quality finished products.

In addition, it also coordinates with latex grades to create a GP (general purpose) product that meets the basic requirements of tire technology.

Other applications include: tire industry, transport shock absorbers, railway rubber.

4. SVR 20 RUBBER PRODUCTION PROCESS OF NAM DAT COMPANY

SVR 20 is produced entirely from garden latex according to Vietnamese standards (TCVN: 3769). Latex is preserved with ammonia or sodium sulfite. The rubber is then coagulated with formic acid, followed by shredding by passing through a rolling mill, washing system and shredder. After the nuggets are dried, they will be compressed into blocks and packed in polyethylene bags. Standard SVR 20 rubber is light colored rubber with low dirt content and no odor.

Natural Rubber SVR 20 (TSR 20) must be circulated in a sheltered, dry and cool warehouse, and protected from direct sunlight, rain, dirt, vermin and other insects, and impact strong during storage, transportation and loading and unloading.
